Rate: $43.20-$53.20/Hr. (No benefits and housing)

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Overtime Type: By The Week

Overtime Starts After: 40

Overtime Rate: All Inclusive Rate + $7

On Call Rate: $2.8 per hour pager

Call Back Minimum (Hrs): 2 Hour Minimum

Call Back Rate: All Inclusive Rate +$7

Holiday Rate: All Inclusive Rate + $7

Specialty Type: Rehabilitation Therapy

Sub Specialties: Occupational Therapist

Duties:

• Travelers MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID.
• Time off requested will NOT be approved.

Requirements:

• Current Hawaii Occupational Therapist license by start of assignment.
• Bachelors, Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current certification as Occupational Therapy Registered (OTR) from the National. Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
• Current BLS-HCP which cannot expire during assignment.
• Minimum two (2) years of professional Occupational Therapy experience in an acute care setting.
