Job Description / Requirements:
Occupational Therapist with the ability to evaluate and treat a variety of occupational based deficits. Have the ability to treat children with a variety of diagnoses who have a range abilities and limitations in participating in their daily occupations. Have the ability to conduct activity analysis for students ranging from pre-school through high school. Professional commitment to serving students using evidence-based treatments. Seeking professionals with strong communication with parents, teachers and school administrators to facilitate a team approach to serving students.
· Ability to evaluate motor, sensory, psychosocial, etc. that impact school based occupations
· Ability to conduct treatment in a variety of school-based environments in school-aged children
· Collaborative minded professional with strong oral and written communication skills
· Experience working in schools or with children is a plus, but not required
· Willing to travel within 30 miles of Salinas, CA and work in rural areas with diverse populations.
· Ability to work with families and teachers to incorporate therapeutic techniques in to the natural environments of the child.
· Personal commitment to driving positive outcomes for children in school based environments
Credential Requirements:
- Degree in occupational therapy from an ACOTE accredited university
- Registration (OTR) from NBCOT
· License from California Board of Occupational Therapy
· CPR
· Fingerprint and Background check are required
· New Grads are encouraged to apply!!!

Pay: $76,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
