Our team is seeking a talented, energetic, detail-driven Office Administrator to own office management and first impressions. We are moving into a new corporate office in the Southlake Business Center, which will host visitors from across the nation who come to learn from our team of experts. We need someone kind, helpful, and calm, yet bold.
Strong candidates will be excellent communicators and creative self-starters who thrive while supporting a dynamic executive team that intersects multiple business lines. Some duties include:
  • Maintain key administrative functions for GoodLife C-team including calendar management, travel arrangements, and day-to-day office support
  • Manage GoodLife’s corporate records, data, correspondence with prudence and confidentiality
  • Support GoodLife’s Board of Directors by coordinating board meetings, taking minutes, and disseminating information
  • Coordinate and own GoodLife’s first impressions by directing business inquiries, organizing tours, planning events, communicating logistics, and being hospitable
  • Manage office supply and marketing collateral inventory
  • Assist key staff with donor data entry, grant management, and conference deadlines

Some qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, project management, problem-solving/prevention, and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage priorities with ease, even under tight deadlines.
  • Works well both independently and on a team
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Google and Microsoft Office applications
