Mister O1 needs an extraordinary OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR! We are a pizzeria located in Wynwood with a lot of energy and passion for making great pizza.
Skills we are looking for:
We are looking for someone to provide complete administrative support to our corporate office and all business operations. Must be able to come to work everyday with a smile on your face and positive attitude! If this is not possible please do not apply.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Work with managers and vendors to accomplish goals in a timely manner.
- Analyze, respond to, and send out email communications.
- Internet research.
- Run errands.
- Organize filing systems, both digital and hard copy (Data Entry).
- Inventory management.
- Ordering of office supplies.
- Maintain office clean and organize.
Basic QuickBooks knowledge will be a plus
Must have:
- Driver's license.
- Able to work in the US and provide documentation.
- Professional appearance and polite manner.
- Fluent in writing and speaking both English and Spanish (must).
Skills necessary:
- Honesty
- Follow loose directions.
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask.
- Self- starter.
- Reliable.
- Working knowledge in all Microsoft office programs.
- Work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
