Office Administrator/Bookkeeping Assistant

employment type: permanent part-time

Wholesale distribution company hiring a part time permanent office administrator /bookkeeping assistant to start promptly.

Duties include: administrative and bookkeeping functions including, word processing (preparation of sales and purchase contracts), distribution of shipping documents, logistics (implementing and monitoring shipments), telephone, email correspondence with customers and vendors, assist bookkeeper with invoicing, preparation of accounts receivable and payable reports, entering data on Quickbooks, bank reconciliation.

Qualifications: BA/BS degree, Minimum three years office and bookkeeping experience
Requirements: Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, follow-up, and math skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy
Proficient in word processing, Quickbooks, and spread sheets
Part Time Permanent Position
Location: Beverly Hills, near restaurants and shops
Hours: 8:30 - 12:30, three mornings per week
