Culligan New Jersey is seeking dynamic candidates to join our talented and friendly office staff in our West Orange, NJ location.

ABOUT CULLIGAN:

Culligan has over 85 years of experience in the design and distribution of water purification systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Our West Orange location is growing aggressively, and is among the largest water purification companies on the East Coast.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a flexible role requiring analytical thought, and the ability to critically think. You will primarily be managing our analysis of our customer data, with the focus on improving efficiencies and accuracy. You will be working closely with all managers on special projects, as well as having ongoing ownership of your own.

In addition to the above, we anticipate all in-person office staff to assist, as needed, in billing support, customer service, and communicating with customers via phone, email, or texting.

Note: Our full time CSR team all remote work. This is not a CSR position.

We will provide all necessary training.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to quickly learn, with strong problem solving skills.

• PC proficiency & ability to learn new computer systems.

• Attention to detail, and demonstrate a capacity for critical thinking.

• Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
