Accounting firm is looking for an experienced Office and Accounting Assistant. Individual will be responsible for:

  • Handle vendor relationships and outgoing/incoming packages
  • Handle Bank Reconciliation
  • Assist Bookkeeper as needed basis
  • Assemble tax returns and create annual tax files
  • Scan and file documents
  • Back-up to receptionist
  • Maintain and update storage list
  • Maintain and order office supplies

Desired candidate must have 1+ years of office experience.

AA or Bachelor's Degree is highly desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $31.25 per hour
