We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our Olshan Family in our Raytown, MO office! You will be the first person customers communicate with on the phone. Your responsibility is to secure appointments and perform administrative functions to drive our company's success!

Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Schedule service appointments around the Kansas City area
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing and faxing
Qualifications:
- Customer service oriented
- Working knowledge of office equipment, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
