A/R Collections Specialist
Busy Court Reporting Agency in Central New Jersey seeking Full-Time A/R Collections Specialist.
- Full-Time position
- On location - Hamilton Square, NJ
Postion key competencies include:
- Data Entry Experience Preferred
- Collections/Billing Experience Preferred
- Must type at least 35 wpm with accuracy
- Possess strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
A/R Collections Specialist tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Update, manage, and organize internal files, documents and reports.
- Maintain customer accounts
- Scan and organize documents for filing purposes
- Process and update log sheets, invoices or billing sheets.
- Identify and correct data entry errors
- Perform general office duties like copying and scanning.
Schedule:
- Mon – Fri 8:30 a.m. -5:30 p.m.
