A/R Collections Specialist

Busy Court Reporting Agency in Central New Jersey seeking Full-Time A/R Collections Specialist.

  • Full-Time position
  • On location - Hamilton Square, NJ

Postion key competencies include:

  • Data Entry Experience Preferred
  • Collections/Billing Experience Preferred
  • Must type at least 35 wpm with accuracy
  • Possess strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills

A/R Collections Specialist tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Update, manage, and organize internal files, documents and reports.
  • Maintain customer accounts
  • Scan and organize documents for filing purposes
  • Process and update log sheets, invoices or billing sheets.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors
  • Perform general office duties like copying and scanning.

Schedule:

  • Mon – Fri 8:30 a.m. -5:30 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Office

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
