Flooring distribution company located in Hackensack NJ is seeking a qualified candidate for an Office Admin / Customer Service position. We are looking for a reliable candidate who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment. Immediate hire.
The tasks of the Office Assistant will include:
Managing calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)
Greeting Clients while salespeople are working with other clients
Invoicing clients and submitting timely proposal as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Qualifications:
- Time Management skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for multi-tasking
- Can work a flexible schedule
Regular hours will be 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM Mon-Fri
Every other Saturday is required: 10.30 AM - 2.30 PM
Compensation: Will commensurate with experience
