You will be responsible of answering all phone calls into the office. Inserting new clients into the system. Processing payments. Writing emails and responding to emails.

You will be responsible for setting up new customer accounts, so you must familiarize yourself with the dispatch system, routes, service areas and service days.

You must be organized.

You will also be required to call our current customers and sale them new service that we offer or services that they may need at the moment.

You will have to multitask frequently and in many instances update records in a computer system while conversing with customers.

You will understands our services and their advantages and disadvantages. That way, you can quickly address customer concerns and questions and overcome potential roadblocks in the sales cycle.

You will be responsible for marketing strategies, sending direct mail pieces or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material. Also managing social media. (Facebook, Instagram, pinterest, Twitter etc

Responsible to do other office duties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
  • Tips

COVID-19 considerations:
Common areas are sanitize, and you will not be indirect contact with any clients.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
