What does an Office Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Report to Manager, Logistics Finance , will perform and/or assist with routine clerical duties in the Sales Center in accordance with standard administrative procedures. This position may cover a variety of duties where the candidate may be able to gain additional skills in different areas.
Job Details:
Hours of Work: Full Time, Monday- Friday shift: 8am -4:30pm
May require some over time . Flexible hours when needed
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to Manager, Finance Logistics II and Sales Management team. Point of contact for vendors
- Coordinate special event and company meetings, including catering and Audio-visual support. Scheduling Conference room
- Office supply monitoring and ordering, Event planning committee. Uniform ordering/invoicing
- Order Processing (samples & employee sales)
- OKI Point of Sale printing for entire sales staff
- Maintain office equipment / Security and Photo ID badging
- Document retrieval (ex: customer invoices)
- Onboarding of new employees
- Front desk duties (phone, guests’ entry, shipping & receiving) Vacation coverage for the finance team
- Event ticket management (tracking/disbursement)
- Special projects as assigned
- High School – GED or Diploma required.
- Some college preferred. 2-5 years’ experience in an automated office environment required.
- Proficient computer and database application skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point. Experience using SAP preferred.
- Accurate data entry, 10 Key by touch.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Standing, sitting, bending, and walking. Occasional lifting of up to 30lbs
