Essential Duties and Responsibilities*:
- Bookkeeping and Accounting
- Coordination with BOH and FOH on non-regular vendor supplies and one-time purchases
- Coordination with Director of Finance concerning special projects
- Ensure daily bank deposits are accurate and deposited in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of employee profiles in Toast Payroll.
- Employee benefits management in coordination with Payroll & Benefits Administrator
- Field and respond to info@lsdatcaa.com email address.
- Answering office phone, checking voicemail in the morning, distributing messages.
- Invoice entering and filing using R365.
- Receiving all mail, opening all envelopes, distributing bills and mail to appropriate people.
- Manage receipt inquiries, refunds, and reimbursements.
- Inventory of all merchandise on a monthly basis.
- Reordering merchandise as needed.
- Manage Online Store inventory, sales, and gift card fulfillment
- Offsite storage management and requisition
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office
- Ordering office supplies when needed
- Assist in overseeing all employee files including updating and distributing new hire packets to all new employees, giving tours, ensuring all new hire paperwork is properly completed via Toast Payroll including W4 and I9.
- Assist in maintaining workers comp and liability claim work
- Assisting HR with any questions regarding unemployment claims
- Track and notify management of all annual, 30 day reviews.
- Track and notify management of work anniversaries.
- Emailed all on sight management of new hires or promotions.
- File all discipline forms in Toast Payroll.
- Maintain permits, keeping them organized and up to date
- Serve as a liaison between the property and our accounting team
- Serve as a liaison between the hotel and our operations team
- Full operational understanding of all Reservations Systems (Tripleseat, Resy, etc.), Venues, and Menu Offerings.
- Help execute any outlet signage needed - communicate with art department, marketing, and operations on needs
- May perform other job duties as they arise
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
