Accountable to: Med Group Home Health Care Administrator/Substitute Administrator

Job Summary: The Office supervisor is a representative of Med Group Home Health Care, LLC and is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the office staff

Work Hours: Med Group Home Health Care, LLC's normal business hours are from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Responsible for afterhours phone calls (5-9pm Weeknights and 9-12am and 6-9pm on weekends).

Duties: The following duties are a guideline of possible duties to be performed independently in the course of working as an office manager:

1. Assigns and regulates clerical and secretarial functions

2. Delegate responsibilities amongst the office staff

3. Evaluates, assesses, and manages office staff

4. Oversees the recruitment process and training of new employees

5. Designs filing and record keeping system and make sure employee and client charts are up to date

6. Act as a liaison between the office and nursing staff

7. Updating Employee Handbook as needed

8. Order supplies

9. Assist with marketing and company promotions

10. Manage EVV

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
