Small construction firm in New Jersey looking for an office manager to assist with incoming client requests to support their various international projects.

100% on-site



The "Office Manager" job title is a little misleading, as a small portion of the role will be to keep the office tidy. That said, the primary function of the job function will be acting as the company's central point of contact for client inquiries. New client opportunities are constantly coming in through their database, and this person will need to forward the requests to the appropriate internal parties. Each request has an expiration date on it, so it'll also be this person's responsibility to manage these response deadlines and make sure the company doesn't miss out on business opportunities. This is all managed in Excel spreadsheets.


  • 1-20 years of office admin experience from any company environment, ideally a smaller, family office feel
  • 1+ years of assisting key stakeholders with managing projects and deadlines
  • Strong computer database management and Excel skills
  • Reliable and dependable
