Renewable Properties is seeking a talented Office Manager/Executive Assistant who can work effectively in a collaborative, fast paced environment providing analytical and process-oriented operations work for the organization. The Office Manager/Executive Assistant must be an innovative thinker, fast-learner, collaborative worker and self-starter with a passion for the renewable energy industry and track record of success thriving in a high growth environment. The ideal candidate has a strong combination of management, organizational, and technical skills. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in developing Renewable Properties' success during this exciting time of explosive growth in a changing and impactful industry. This role reports into the founder and president and is based at the company's San Francisco, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main administrative support for the company president and executive team.
  • Assist the executive team with administrative duties and processes.
  • Maintain general office functions, including office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Prepare legal documents, meeting agendas/minutes, and reports.
  • Handle all logistical support for office, IT, events, and promotional gear.
  • Arrange and schedule a variety of meetings, appointments, and travel as needed.
  • Create and maintain databases and tracking tools for assigned projects.
  • Successfully interact and collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years relevant experience as a project coordinator, administrator or office manager, prior experience in renewable energy is a plus.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior success in working with multiple vendors across several disciplines is ideal.
  • Ability to succinctly communicate and summarize complex issues into actionable deliverables.
  • Focus on customer service and being a team player.
  • Driven, resourceful and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, work ethic, personal responsibility, work product ownership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to consistently work in the physical office for at least 80% of the time.
  • Based in San Francisco, CA.
  • BA/BS Degree.
