KPMG is currently seeking an Office of the CISO Operations Manager to join our Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth and maintenance of the KPMG’s global information protection practice by enabling practice operations; act as the sounding board to the leadership team for new ideas and initiatives connected to strategy and people engagement efforts
  • Design, develop and deliver core communications framework for Global Information Security Group (GISG) to support internal and external communications
  • Assist with continuous improvement efforts of GISG through transformations supporting key security initiatives being sponsored by Global CISO and OCISO
  • Act as the facilitator for the leadership team, colleagues, or employees (department heads or other working groups) within weekly and monthly meetings
  • Facilitate internal yearly initiative connected to Cyber Insurance renewals as one of the key deliveries supported by Global CISO and OCISO; enable communications execution and development of materials supporting submissions
  • Drive reporting efforts and create executive summary reports for various leadership and steering committees, prepare for and follow up on meetings, prepare leaders for upcoming meetings by helping ensure key and core information is available

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent IT or security and business administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or relevant work experience
  • Ability to look across large, often cross-functional, organization-wide projects or initiatives; bring together important information to help drive decisions.
  • Able to organize, plan projects and anticipate needs before they arise
  • Ability to react with resilience and optimism in the face of constantly shifting circumstances is essential
  • Skilled in writing and producing clear, concise communications for various corporate media including print, online and video and have strong editing/proofreading skills

Los Angeles / Irvine / Seattle / Bellevue Salary Range: Low: $109100 - High: $206300

San Jose / Santa Clara / San Francisco Salary Range: Low: $121000 - High: $228800

Walnut Creek Salary Range: Low: $121000 - High: $206300

Sacramento / San Diego Salary Range: Low: $104200 - High: $196900

Albany Salary Range: Low: $99200 - High: $187500
