The Receptionist position will involve answering multiple phone lines, transferring calls to correction department, handling client maintenance such as address and phone number changes, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.
Salary Range: $25000.00 - $38000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Requirements
General office experience:
Multi-line phones- General office equipment such as fax and copies
- Computer knowledge with Outlook and Excel
