Job Title: On-Ice Promo Staff
Department: Green BayGamblers
Reports to: Director of GamblersBusiness & Promotions
Supervises Others: No
DOL Status: Part-Time
Exemption Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt

General Summary:

The Green Bay Gamblers are looking for skaters to be part of the On-Ice Promotional Skating team. Candidates must have at least 5 years of skating experience and able to work game nights and weekends. Most games played are on Friday and Saturday. Applicants should possess excellent people skills, be reliable, timely and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

· Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.

• Skate during the intermission and media timeouts at Gambler home games.
• Execute in-game promotions.
• Interact with fans.
• Sign-up fans to take part in promotions and contests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of skating experience required.
• Excellent people skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative.
• Positive and professional attitude always expected.

Other Expectations:

· Must have a good understanding of and ability to effectively communicate with people.

· Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with daily workload and a variety of people.

· Requires eye-hand coordination to safely skate.

· Requires hearing within normal range and eyesight correctable to 20/20.

· Arena environment with exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, flashing lights and the like.
