Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to assist our growing companies. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, and possess good communication skills, and attention to detail.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: monitoring ATM Placements to identify issues in the field, problem solve to correct issues, support field-level maintenance and upgrade initiatives, coordinate with field service teams on work to be done, travel to specific markets to perform work/upgrades/repairs, manage costs, report on progress and escalate issues as needed. Interaction will be made with both vendors and customers via email and telephone.

Requirements

  • Full Time: 40 hours per week
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong system and process focus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Travel (up to 20% of the time)
  • Typing speed of 25 wpm or greater
  • Experience with Excel/Access/Outlook a plus
  • Technical experience in troubleshooting and assembly
  • Ability to work with Excel and other Microsoft software packages
  • Experience managing service level agreements
  • Creative Problem Solving
  • Strong analytical skills
  • College degree a plus

ATM Experience a plus (not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
