Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking an Operations Integration Analyst to provide Space Control operations planning and support to the United States Space Force Space Operations Command (USSF SpOC) in Colorado Springs, Colorado (Downtown office or Peterson AFB). The goal of program is to provide cutting edge defensive and offensive solutions to spacecrafts and advanced Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) assets/operations to provide unmatched warfighting capabilities while disrupting adversaries in the contested space domain.

Responsibilities for the Operations Integration Analyst:

• Provide the planning, programming, and integration of current and future space control programs into the operational squadrons
• Oversee and manage operational aspects of current programs to include potential Concept of Operations (CONOP) development and system employment
• Responsible for planning and the integration of future space control programs with current and future operation squadrons planning
• Review project status, project budgets, manage schedules, prepare status reports
• Interface with government USSF SpOC staff and assess project constraints and develop solutions to constraints

Qualifications for the Operations Integration Analyst:

• An active TS/SCI clearance is required
• Completed Bachelor’s degree with 5-10+ years of experience
• Ability to work with Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC) for Force Development and Design, Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP) and the Space Systems Center (SSC) for operations/acquisition support

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with United States Space Force operational environments
• Experience with Space Control operational and mission with support to operations squadrons
• Experience with MAJCOM, HQ staff, CONOP Development, and or Mission Planning
  

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 - Based on years of experience
