As a member of the Paragon Leadership team, you will:

• Inspire, coach, and motivate staff to deliver a remarkable unmatched overall entertainment experience through direct oversight of the Presentation Quality, Facility, and Guest Service.
• Be responsible for daily theater operations.
• Drive concession revenue.
• Manage theater budgets and analyze financial reports utilizing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Be directly involved in staff selection.
• Train and develop our staff and management teams.
• Guide and Encourage staff and managers to maximize their personal growth and development through goals management.
• Be active in your locations Marketing and Promotions, creating excitement and interest for special events (Concert movies, sporting events, and other specialized 3-D content).
• Work with corporate on strategic planning and goal setting.
• Focus on results management.
• Maintain and Improve Facilities.
• Uphold and raise our company standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
