Job description
This position involves the processing of orders daily to make sure they meet all required deadlines. Answer phones,
may also be required to route deliveries to drivers in the absence of the Manager. Strong organizational skills needed,
must be able to multitask, must have some computer skills and able to communicate clearly to the Telecenter.
He/She will be communicating with the drivers throughout the day to make sure all deliveries are delivered timely and all DLC confirmations are completed before 7pm. Flexible to assist in other aspect of the facility when needed.
(Inventory, Designing, etc.)
Requirements:- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Excel and Word experience.
- Capable of working under pressure and good organizational skills.
- Good Communicational skill necessary.
- Must be Flexible and willing to work longer hours during Holidays and on weekends.
- Will be required to complete some reports for the Manager Daily.
