The Call Center Ambassador is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
· Greet patients with a smile in your voice and treat them with respect
· Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally
· Schedule appointments while collecting all pertinent information from patient and enter into computer
· Add chart notes to patient records for all requests and communications
· Route inbound calls to appropriate departments
· Call and reschedule patients that no-show and fill open slots
· Document patient requests and send to appropriate team members
· Complete call reports as necessary
· Cross train for check-in and check-out at front desk
· Fill in for patient care coordinators as needed
· Communicate and coordinate with other departments as needed
· Other duties as assigned

Pay
Starting at $14 an hour (Rate Based on Experience)
