San Antonio Winery is looking for a detailed-oriented individual to lead a customer service team and ensure daily sales and billings are processed timely and accurately. The Order Process Manager will oversee all incoming sales orders via two different transmission types: CRM (Salesforce), EDI (electronic data interchange). Incoming sales orders are processed into our ERP (SageX3) to facilitate proper shipment and billing. In addition to overseeing the sales process, the Order Process Manager will assist in the daily maintenance and management of our Salesforce platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily operations of customer service team
  • Address operation issues and concerns in a timely fashion
  • Acting as liaison to the national sales teams
  • Ensure team provides high quality customer service
  • Establish and maintain operations and process guidelines for staff
  • Review and analyze inventory daily to calculate replenishment transfers of goods
  • Generate ad-hoc reports for management as needed
  • Ensure a very high level of accuracy and detail
  • Ensure deadlines and cutoffs are met
  • Salesforce system administration

Requirements
This role requires a positive attitude and strong leadership skills along with a roll-up the sleeves mentality. High attention to detail is required along with excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and desire to recruit, train, mentor and lead a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets
  • Excellent analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
  • 5+ years experience in an office setting (CPG, distribution, food and beverage)
  • Ability to set and focus on top priorities and drive results with minimal guidance and direction
