Job descriptionSoutheastern Food Merchandisers is looking for motivated Selectors earning as much or more than $27 per hour. THERE IS NO CAP on the hourly rate. Earn as much as you are capable with our 100% productivity-based pay structure.
All compensation is based on the cases picked and the accuracy of those picks, not how much time you spend in the warehouse!

Job Requirements:
Basic reading and math skills
~Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
~Be able to work in ambient temperatures (dry warehouse) or in temperature-controlled areas (cooler and freezer)
~Experience as an Order Selector is a plus but not required
Progressive Growth Track
~Are you interested in an Entry Level training position where you earn over $65,000 a year as a driver? SFM will assist you in obtaining the necessary requirements to obtain a Class A CDL Certification including testing fees. Once licensing is complete, you can begin your own routes and will be home nightly.
