We have such an opportunity. Wise Moves is a concierge senior move management company with a large customer base and an outstanding reputation. Most of what we do is manage the process of downsizing and moving for aged and retired individuals. We also coordinate moves, packs, and unpacks for busy professionals and families. Frequently, we do cleanouts of estates for families as well. We simplify a complicated process for our clients by taking on their difficulties. We manage many tasks involved in sorting, packing, and organizing a lifetime of goods in preparation for life’s next transition.

We are busier than ever serving our clients and need to expand our crew. We are looking for on-site team members. We have many clients and a great team that needs a few more players to provide excellent service to our clients. We serve clients in the DC Metro area and particularly need people who can serve Northern Virginia at this time.

You have high emotional intelligence, patience, organizational skills, and a desire to help others. There is packing and unpacking, so you need the physical ability to do those tasks. Helping someone pare a lifetime of possessions down to only what is required takes empathy, logic, and strong communication skills. You like people, enjoy organizing and do not mind getting your hands a little dirty when necessary.

We have several positions available, pay $22/hour, and offer a flexible daytime schedule. Much of our work is Monday-Friday with an occasional but rare Saturday.
