Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized scheduling coordinator. You would be responsible for managing the flow of patients as we pride ourselves on keeping our appointments on a timely schedule. Knowledge of Dolphin management software is a plus, but willing to train the right person. Must have strong interpersonal/communication skills in order to coordinate with patients, parents, orthodontists and staff members. Must be detail oriented and handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining an eye on the big picture. Must be able to explain procedures to patients and answer any questions they may have regarding their orthodontic care. Will check in and dismiss patients while scheduling the follow up appointment as well as collecting payments as needed over the counter or on the phone. Maintain patient records by updating them with new information such as insurance, dentist, phone numbers and address.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
