Outside Sales Rep. for Automotive Lighting Distribution Center
AnzoUSA™ is offering an exceptional opportunity to join our established team of automotive aftermarket lighting experts. We are seeking a dedicated person for outside sales representative.
Job Responsibilities
As our Outside Sales Representative, you will serve as a consultative subject matter expert on our full line of products and services, determining customers’ needs and presenting appropriate solutions and ideas. You will provide new and existing customers with the necessary understanding and practical applications of our business enhancement and marketing programs that will enable them to grow their business while also consistently meeting your quotas and performance goals.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Identifying, developing, and growing new business as needed to attain budget.
- Going out on the field to dealerships, body shops, mechanic shops, car shops to obtain new business for our automotive after market lights.
- Researching, planning, and implementing effective sales, customer retention, and new business development strategies.
- Monitoring and communicating competitive information, including pricing, policies, and market strategies.
- Making sales calls – either personal visits and via telephone.
- Attending local/regional/national trade events to gather market intelligence from customers, competitors, and vendors.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, as well as policies and merchandising information
- Understanding and managing relevant reporting or management and financial information
- Developing and championing corporate image and reputation, as well as protecting and developing the company brand
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements: !! Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record!!
- Good communication skills to interact with Customers and Service Advisers
- Basic mechanical, automotive related experience aptitude and/or skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A sense of humor and true team, “Failure is not an option” attitude
- Troubleshooting skills and clear communication
- Applicants must have a passion for all things automotive, be self-motivated and organized
- Willing to travel for 4-8 days a month
- 2+ years sales experience with automotive parts or accessories required
- Prior body shop experience is a plus!
