New Concepts for Living is a community based non-profit organization committed to adults with developmental disabilities and their families.

Salary: $60,000 or more based on performance (advancement opportunities available)

Hours: Part-time /Full-time

Schedules available: 11pm-9am (overnight), some weekend days required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

• Assist developmentally disabled residents with daily living skills.
• Cleaning and maintenance of community residence.
• Assist in dispensing resident medications.
• Provide input on all residents’ care and abilities.
• Perform any additional tasks that are in the best interests of the residents.
• Document all required activity notes according to NCFL policy and Medicaid guidelines.
• Work to ensure all behavioral programs established for residents are adhered to.
• Transport residents to Day Program, medical appointments, and outdoor activities.

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to undergo drug testing, and physical exam
