Office Staff Representative

Star Transportation Group is currently seeking an Overnight Dispatcher to join our team. The Overnight Dispatcher acts as the liaison between our company and its current clients. The right candidate will be flexible, dependable, positive and hard-working. We pride ourselves for promoting from within. Possible remote after training. Daily Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and provide support to questions and concerns
• Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify client needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Handle Payment Accounts
• Customer Service/Dispatching
• Utilize technology, software, and tools appropriately
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements (Knowledge and Skills):
Knowledge:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer support, office, clerical role, preferred
• Strong sense of customer focus and being able to adapt to different personality types

Skills:

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Strong active listening skills
• A polite, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
