Packaging Associate, Bloomfield, Iowa Warehouse (full-time)
Job description
Few of our team members have more direct knowledge and understanding of our delicious products than those working on the Packaging Team. Under the direction of the Packaging Manager, Packaging Associates are responsible for receiving all bulk foods. They will receive, weigh, package, and label all bulk foods we sell. They will also occasionally stock shelves, and commonly ship out products to other stores.
Primary Responsibilities –
- Package and stock bulk foods for all stores, e-commerce, and catalog orders.
- Maintain inventory in the Bloomfield Store to ensure items are stocked.
- Product facing and cleaning shelves in the Bloomfield Store.
- Package and Label weekly orders for additional retail stores.
- Coordinate inventory delivery with Warehouse Associates.
- Maintain a sanitary work environment while following state health department requirements for proper food handling.

Full-time, $13-15 Hourly range; based on experience and background. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage are available for employees working 30+ hours a week, 401 (k), and 20% off purchases in the DCGS Stores. Paid vacation and sick time are provided.
