Job Description

The Packaging Associate will be responsible for the handling and packaging of cannabis following its harvest. This includes weighing, boxing, stickering and maintaining a state compliant, sterile work environment. Ability to follow standard operating procedures is a must. Requires repetitive and precise fine motor skills.

Responsibilities

• Package cannabis into proper containers with appropriate labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations

• Coordinating with team to optimize workflow and prioritize duties
• Uphold all standards and procedures pertaining to facility cleanliness, such as cleaning of supplies and workspaces
• Assist with other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Processing Manager

Shift Options:

Mon, Tues, & Wed 8:15am-5:00pm

OR

Wed, Thurs, & Fri 8:15am-5:00pm

Experience and Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Highschool diploma or its equivalent
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening (excludes THC)
• Must be compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Knowledge of basic computer skills

All of Pleasantrees facilities are being operated with our team's safety first and foremost. This includes mandatory forehead temping of all employees and gloves will be made available and mandatory during work.
