Job description

The particular job we are hiring for is punching out a commercial job in East Nazareth, PA. Work includes a small area of power washing, painting, and touch ups - about 1 to 2 days worth of work. Pay is negotiable based on performance and experience.

Doctor Colors Painting is a rapidly growing commercial and residential painting company. We currently have jobs running all across the country and are seeking skilled and accomplished painters. We are looking for those with experienced productivity and high-quality work in the painting industry. Work as an Independent Contractor or as an employee.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary for each job
• Properly prep each job
• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by removing old material if necessary, filling cracks and holes with appropriate material, and creating a smooth base for painting
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
• Clean up/dispose of worksite debris daily
• Must execute each job in a timely and professional manner while complying with regulations, standards, safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be able to maintain positive relationships with our team, contractors, suppliers and customers
• Flexible schedule and willing to work days or nights
• Solid knowledge and previous experience with commercial and construction painting techniques
• Basic math
• Conscientious with great attention to detail
• Must have a driver's license and provide own transportation (travel per diem provided)
• Having paper hanging, drywall and finishing experience is a plus, but not required.

Doctor Colors LLC is licensed and insured.

This particular job we are hiring for is a commercial job East Nazareth PA. We have a punch list needing to be completed at a commercial location. A few days worth of work. Pay will be negotiable based on experience.
