Role: Painting Specialist

Reports to: Enhancement Leader
Compensation: TBD, based on experience
Location: South - Menasha/Neenah

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

• Desire to drive both individual and team results
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve
• Flexible and open to change
• Comfortable lifting 50 pounds regularly; frequently standing, lifting, climbing ladders/stools and reaching

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

• Creating a priority-based schedule to meet strict deadlines
• Assisting in updating/refreshing units between residents by efficiently painting unit walls, ceilings, and trim.
• Creating an amazing first impression for our new residents
• Following procedures to ensure the security of tool, equipment, and product inventory. Minimizing waste.
• Promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other team members or departments
