48forty Solutions is the largest pallet management services company in North America. We provide end-to-end pallet solutions, from supply to retrieval, on-site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials. 48forty Solutions is truly Pallet Management Made Simple. Our operations workforce is the heart and soul of our business. We are currently looking for Pallet Builder/Repair.

The Pallet Builder/Repair will be responsible for repairing damaged wooden pallets by hand using a nail gun. The Pallet Repairer will need to lift pallets, which weigh about 75 lbs.

Pay: $20-42/hr. Contingent on completing a drug test

Shift Hours: Mon-Fri 5am-12:30pm or Mon-Fri 2pm-9pm
Location: 425 S 67th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85043
Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs., must be comfortable working in a labor-intensive environment, sometimes working under extreme weather conditions.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience as a Pallet Nailers, Wood-Builders, Roofers, and Framers strongly desired

• Requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality

• Observance of all safety rules and regulations

• Willing to work in a labor-intensive environment

• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds on a regular basis
