Position Responsibilities

• Accounts Payables/Receivables using Quick Books
• Reconcile Monthly Bank Statements
• Assist with Creating/Entering Annual Budget
• Bank Deposits/Weekly Offerings
• Process Monthly Payroll using ADP and Submit Year-End Payroll Reports
• Create Weekly Bulletin
• Update Members of the Parish using Parish Support Database/Data Entry
• Updates to Annual Calendar of Events
• Safe Environment Coordinator
• Religious Education Coordinator
• Building Facilities and Grounds Coordinator/Contact Person
• Coordinator for Future Parish Directories
• Liaison for the Belles and Men's Clubs
• Website Updates and Outdoor Electronic Sign
• Ordering Office Supplies and Building Supplies
• Filing/Records Retention
• Registrar for Baptisms, First Communion, Confirmation, Weddings, Etc.
• Help plan Faith Sharing and Bible Studies
• Assist with Cemetery if needed
• Schedule Readers, Eucharistic Ministers, Greeters, Ushers

Requirements of the Role

• Experience working with Quick Books and ADP Payroll
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships

• Compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
• Part-time or up to 30 hours a week. If 30+ hours, may be eligible to receive medical, dental and 401(k) benefits.
• Flexibility to work onsite and remote. Schedule to be mutually agreed.

The Diocese of Crookston represents the Catholic Church in northwest Minnesota. It comprises the 14 counties of Kittson, Roseau, Lake of the Woods, Marshall, Polk, Red Lake, Pennington, Clearwater, Beltrami, Norman, Mahnomen, Hubbard, Clay and Becker.

Pay: $20 - $25 / hour
