We are extending an opportunity to someone looking to live among the beautiful Oak trees and Manzanita’s in the foothills of the Sierra’s. SKP Park of the Central California Sierra’s is looking for a qualified RVer interested in the position of Park Manager. This opportunity offers a full-time salaried position in the park including RV lot, first year, 1 week paid vacation, 2nd year

2 weeks paid vacation, sick pay, Water, WIFI, Cable, Utilities (Electric and Propane) allowance.

Our park is centrally located just 25 miles from the southern entrance to Yosemite National

Park. 30 miles from Fresno, CA.

Day to Day tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Ensure a clean, safe and code compliant environment for residents and guests.
• Uphold and value to every resident’s right to a peaceful enjoyable homesite and community.
• Display a positive enjoyable attitude to all members and guests to express a welcoming attitude to our hidden gem among the foothills.
• Process applicants for a seemless move-in, move-out process.
• Handle residents’ complaints with compassion and empathy.
• Assign collection and deposit rent payments and perform all related data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
• Recognize and address maintenance needs.
• Effectively respond to urgent/emergency situations that occur. Assign someone for any outside of normal business hours.
• Perform other unspecified responsible tasks assigned by BOD President to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the community.

Desired skills and experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of current community by laws
• Strong attention to details
• RV experience for a minimum of 2 years
• Park management experience would be helpful
• Preferred Live-In RV home for residence in the Park

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
