Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in office support or property management
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with property management software a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and vendors
- Manage property operations including maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Conduct property tours and ensure all properties are maintained according to established standards
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate records and files, and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the business
- Other duties as assigned by management
