Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Public Safety
The City of Zeeland Police Department is accepting applications to fill the position of part-time Administrative Assistant. Under the supervision of the Chief of Police, this position assists with a variety of clerical and administrative functions related to the daily operations of the Police Department, and occasionally the Fire Department, and serves as the first point of contact to the public. A high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in MS Word and other Office applications are required to become a successful candidate for this position. Experience in a municipal government is preferred, but not necessary, and possession of a valid Notary Public certification is desirable.
