Homeland Inc. is seeking to hire a Part-time Maintenance technician responsible to perform upkeep tasks & other duties as needed for an apartment complex located in Fort Branch, IN. 16HRS Per Work Week possible on call as needed.

Benefits will be discussed during the interview which includes paid scheduled holidays, paid vacation for the number of hours worked per week, and a flexible schedule for part-time employees- Grace period may apply to qualify for certain benefits, as well.

The ideal candidate will apply the basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Must be very dependable and have own transportation. Please email your full resume.

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems (Not required but preferred) Experience using hand and electrical tools & safety Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, & following directions Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity High school diploma or equivalent
