Job Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries, assists with parts and install process, and scheduling.

• Serve as a the first point of contact with customers and handling inquiries.
• Perform daily back office duties including; billing, permits, and back office duties.
• May include other miscellaneous tasks including but not limited to customer inquiries, assisting with the parts and install process, scheduling.
• Other various tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma; computer experience including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• General office duties; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Required: One week training Mon - Fri (8 a.m. - 5 P.m.).
• First 90 days in office required (hybrid/remote schedule available upon completion of the training).
