JOBThe Town of Rolesville is in search of a Part-Time Facility Supervisor who will assist the Program Coordinators in overall management of specific facilities, recreational programs, athletic league rentals, and may supervise a facility in the absence of a full-time staff member.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Provides recreational support at Redford Place Park, Rolesville Middle School, and Sanford Creek Elementary School-Responsible for opening/closing facilities for athletic events-Supervises scorekeepers, coaches, officials and players; registers participants for programs and handles cash-Provides operational support at the Rolesville Community Center by assisting with special events, youth and/or senior programs and administrative duties-Cleans facilities as needed.
- At least 1 year of experience programming activities, special events, or sports events/activities in a recreational setting as well as prior customer service experience preferred but not required.-Must be 18 years of age or older.
This position requires: -Effective communication and customer service skills-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Town employees and the general public
