We're looking to hire a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for our Top-Rated Luxury Communities in Amherst, NY. Our Communities have received national recognition and awards for excellence for numerous years and we're looking to add to our Team!
LuxuryAptsWNY is one of the premier property management companies in Western New York. We have 4 award winning communities in Williamsville and East Amherst. We are looking to add to our team of sales professionals. We pride ourselves in giving the best customer service and most exquisite homes to our residents. We know that our residents have a choice in where they live, which is why we strive to exceed their expectations.
You will be the primary contact for all prospects, residents and vendors. We will train you in our Policies and Procedures but expect you to use your experience in Customer Service, Sales and Administrative Tasks to ensure that our prospects, applicants and residents are assisted promptly and professionally.
We are looking for someone has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, has an upbeat and outgoing personality and comes to work every day with a positive attitude and a smile! The perfect candidate will be a motivated, independent worker with numerous years’ experience and a proven track record in the Property Management field.
The position entails a combination of:
- Sales (Leasing Apartments) - You will be showing apartments to prospective residents as well as following up via phone or email with prospects. You will be expected to convert leads to leases.
- Customer Service (Assisting Residents) - You will be assisting residents with completing necessary paperwork, explaining policies to residents, taking work orders for residents, promptly responding to and resolving resident issues and assist in planning and hosting resident parties.
- Office/Computer Skills - You will be using a computer system in all lead and resident correspondence and tracking. You must also be familiar with Microsoft Office Systems.
- Past Property Management or Hospitality experience is helpful
Wage:
$17.50 - $19.50 plus Excellent Bonus Structure
Hours:
Part-Time - Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10 am to 3 pm and Every Saturday from 10 am to 4:30 pm. Flexibility in hours and the ability to fill in at other local locations a plus!
