Family owned real estate & property management company is seeking a part time office assistant. Looking for someone who has great interpersonal skills, can communicate effectively with customers and is adept at working within an office setting.
Job Description:
An office assistant with a positive attitude ready to answer phones and emails, interact with customers and homeowners, collect fees regularly, maintain and electronically file records and receipts.
Below are some of the necessary skills required for this job:
Availability Monday-Thursday 10am-3pm
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Business casual work attire (no jeans, flip flops, t-shirts, beachwear etc.)
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook
Be able to data process quickly
Well organized
Great multitasking and time management skills
Have a positive attitude & be personable with customers
Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years administrative experience
