Detego Health is looking for a remote Salesforce Administrator to help build and improve their Salesforce platform. This role is a part-time contract position with potential for full-time in the future.
Detego helps companies navigate small business health insurance, ensuring the business and their employees get the right services from the right partners at the best possible price.
The company needs someone that can assist with building reports, manage users and security settings, build and manage their customer community portals, build out automations using process builder and flow, as well as assist in the creation of Visualforce pages as needed.
The company is located in Avon Lake, Ohio and is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CT, however, this is a remote position with no defined hours, so you can complete your work when you have time. This role typically takes 10-15 hours a week.
There are two weekly team calls that you would need to join on Monday at 12:30pm CT and Friday at 1:00pm CT.
Job Requirements:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with Flow Builder
- Experience with Visualforce
- Experience with Customer Community Portals
- Experience in building Salesforce Reports
- Experience in building Custom Objects & Fields
- Experience with Salesforce Profiles, Roles, Hierarchies, & Permissions
- Experience in the health insurance industry (not required)
