Patient Care Coordinator / Scheduler

We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our amazing team. The Patient Care Coordinator works remotely and schedules and confirms patient appointments, informs of co pays or charges for the visit. Creates a log and ensures patients are scheduled every 25 days. Verifies medications have been sent and adds them Performs/sends two evaluations depending on the patient's diagnosis assists patients in person and over the phone to schedule appointments, collect payments, set up patient charts (through the Medical Record Software).

How you'll contribute

• Perform Psychiatry Specific appointment scheduling, by calling patients, emailing patients and texting patients.
• Collect co-pays when applicable.
• Scan patient charts
• Represents clinic in a professional manner. Treats all customers, internal and external, in a courteous and cooperative manner.
• Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
• Attends required meetings and participates in team activities and professional development activities.

Job Types: PRN, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
