We at Loyal are looking for a Reliable, Hard Working Individual with General Construction Experience to Join our Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assisting in the Installation and Application of Waterproofing Materials, Including;
- Sheet Waterproofing
- Crystalline
- Fluid-Applied Waterproofing
- Traffic Coating
- Joint Sealants / Caulking
- Keeping Track of Material Inventories
- Loading and Unloading Material from the Work Van
- Assisting in the Pre-Fabrication of the Waterproofing Material
- Help Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Must have a Minimum of a Highschool Diploma or GED
- Must have Reliable Transporation / Driver's License
- Must be Able to Work in the Florida Heat / Humidity
- Must be able to Move and Lift 25 lbs Regularly at a Minimum and up to 50 lbs as a Team.
- Our Work Involves Continuous Movement and Bending or Kneeling
- OSHA Certification is a Plus (Not Required)
- Looking for Someone Who Takes Direction and Works Well with Others
- Spanish Speaking is a Plus (Not Required)

WORK HOURS

- All Field-Work is on an As-Need Basis. We are looking for Someone who can handle an on-call or as-needed work schedule. 30 to 40 Hour Work Weeks may be Supplemented with Office Work for Days we are not on Site. (Office Responsibilities Listed Below.)
- Data Entry / Scanning / Filing
- Assisting with Daily Forms / Worksheets
- Handling Incoming / Outgoing Emails
- Assisting with Project Estimating & Takeoffs
- Requires General Computer Experience
-Yard Work / Yard Cleaning

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
