Job Summary:

As a Loss Prevention Officer at Cub Foods, you will be responsible for protecting the company's assets by minimizing theft, fraud, and other risks. You will work closely with the store management team to identify potential loss and implement strategies to prevent them. You will also assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and detect any suspicious behavior by customers or employees that may result in loss.

• Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify theft, fraud, or other violations.

• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies in the event of a criminal incident.

• Collaborate with the store management team to implement strategies to prevent loss.

• Maintain accurate records of all incidents, investigations, and related activities.

• Prepare and present reports on loss prevention trends and activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to loss prevention.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of experience in loss prevention or a related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only

• Guard Card (Preferred)
