Job description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Qualifying and driving HP desktop, laptop, workstation and retail POS business within prospective and existing client-base in coordination with the outbound sales and marketing teams.
- Increase HP solutions awareness within sales and delivery organizations.
- Actively work with sales and partner management teams to leverage special OEM programs.
- Proactively assess market opportunities and trends.
- Facilitate national and regional relationship development between our company and HP teams.
- Execute on demand generating activities and marketing programs
- Facilitate training to Pomeroy sales teams
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong business management background
- Strong solution sales skills
- End-user sales experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly-competitive and motivated personality
- Significant HP desktop, laptop, and workstation experience - 2+ years of Personal Computer sales/background
- Able to lead, motivate and educate partner colleagues in various formats and presentations.
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influence skills
